These Terms govern your use of cleverguest.ai and the DinnerGuest iOS app and related services (the “Service”) provided by CleverGuest. By using the Site or Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with parental/guardian consent.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account. You can request account deletion in-app (where available) or by emailing [support@cleverguest.ai](mailto:support@cleverguest.ai).
3. Waitlist and Beta
If you join the waitlist, we may email you product updates and early access opportunities. You can unsubscribe anytime. We may offer beta access (including via Apple TestFlight). Beta features may change and may contain bugs, and we may limit or end beta access at any time.
4. Purchases
Some features may require payment. For iOS, purchases may be processed by Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
* Break laws or violate others’ rights
* Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others
* Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, or introduce malware
* Use the Service for spam, scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
* Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract prompts, logic, models, or source code (except where prohibited by law)
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
6. Your Content and Submissions
You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
7. AI Output; No Professional Advice
The Service generates automated responses that may be incorrect. Do not rely on outputs as medical, legal, financial, or safety advice. DinnerGuest is for entertainment and general informational purposes.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, including conversation processing, temporary transcripts, and optional saved “memories.”
9. Ownership
The Site and Service (excluding your content) are owned by CleverGuest. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer the Service without permission.
10. Changes and Termination
We may change the Service or these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the Service and users.
11. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid in the prior 12 months or (b) $100.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Virginia law. Disputes will be brought in courts located in Virginia.
