This Policy explains how CleverGuest collects and uses information on cleverguest.ai and the DinnerGuest iOS app.

What we collect

• Waitlist email (and any optional fields you submit)

• Account information needed to provide login and app features

• Messages you send us (support, feedback, suggestions)

• Limited usage and diagnostics data (e.g., app performance, crash reports)

• Purchase status information from Apple (we do not receive your full payment card number)

Conversation data (DinnerGuest)

• Audio is not stored

• Transcripts are processed during a session and deleted when the session ends

• You may choose to save concise “memories” (summaries) for continuity; you can manage/delete these in-app

• Provide and operate the Service

• Communicate with you (waitlist updates, support)

• Improve reliability and performance

• Protect the Service (security, fraud/abuse prevention)

• Comply with law

Analytics and cookies

We may use privacy-minded analytics and/or third-party analytics to understand how the Site and Service are used and to improve performance. Depending on the tools enabled, cookies may be used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us run the Service, and when required for legal/safety reasons, or as part of a business transaction.

Retention

• Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or no longer needed

• Account data: while active; deleted within a reasonable period after deletion requests (subject to legal obligations)

• Transcripts: deleted after the session ends

• Memories: retained until you delete them or delete your account

• Diagnostics logs: retained for a limited period for reliability/security

Children

The Service is intended for users 13+ (with parental consent where required). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
